- Imagine you are one of the engineers working on this project before the disaster takes place.
- Use the drawing tools in power point, or cells in an excel worksheet, to create a fault tree, event tree, or risk matrix for the project. Identify the critical pathways and controls that could have been used to prevent the disaster.
